Cracks in Florida Driveways, Garages, Patios, or Sidewalks are very common. Most asphalt and concrete surface will show signs of cracking after some aging. Its almost inevitable to prevent. What causes these cracks is the settling of the concrete or asphalt foundations. Asphalt surfaces typically show cracks earlier because they are laid out in one section versus concrete foundations that are typically poured in sections.
These ugly cracks are very simple to fix on nearly all surfaces like mentioned:

Find out what Sherwin Williams picked for the Color of the Year
As a painting contractor throughout the Treasure Coast including Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie, Florida, we are constantly reviewing the top paint suppliers ideas and color combinations.
Sherwin William's Color of the Year is Exclusive Plum (SW6263). This is a very gorgeous color, especially when paired with a perfect gray like shown below.
Sherwin William's Exclusive Plum is not an ordinary purple. When you think of purple perhaps just an accent wall comes to mind or a child's room. Exclusive Plum is a mixture of blues and violet. It can work well in most rooms with lighter colored floors.
The color of the year can be considered very classy in offices or sitting rooms and even romantic when used in the bedroom:
A very popular choice of color in today's homes are grays and off-whites like shown in the bedroom picture above. The color of the year will be stunning with these already used colors indoors. So this would be a simple addition to a home.
For this years home project I am going to have my husband paint our sun room and living room using Exclusive Plum incorporating it with several shades of gray. Keep checking back for pictures ;)
